A type of manufactured homes, in which wall units are produced at a factory and assembled at the final site. These walls normally come complete with electrical wiring and plumbing requirements and are fitted together like puzzle pieces at the site. Unlike mobile and most modular homes, panelized housing are standard types of housing with full foundations. The panelized design allows developers to set a building in less than a week.
