My 7250 Landscaping Designs Review

Highly Recommended

Of all books related to the topic, I love reading this e-book because of its well-planned flow of content. Even a beginner like me can easily gain huge amount of knowledge in a short period.

Overall my first impression of this book is good. I think it was sincerely written and looks to be very helpful.

New homebuilders offer mortgage incentives

When you talk buyer incentives with homebuilders, think beyond decorator allowances, landscaping, carpet grades, and lighting fixtures. Add these later. Rather than ask for top-of-the-line appliances or a built-in security system, negotiate a 3-2-1 buydown, a six-month moratorium on monthly payments, or even sweat equity (see Secret 53) to help offset your down payment. You can negotiate your best incentives from builders when mortgage market interest rates head up and or the inventory of unsold new homes begins to pile up.

Keeping up with the Joneses

You probably already have a good idea of how your home compares to others on your street. Is yours the only one with two stories Does everyone have a two-car garage but you Is your yard particularly well landscaped These things make a difference. Unfortunately, they're largely out of your control. It's hard to keep up with the Joneses, especially if you get caught peeking through their windows to see how many fireplaces they have as compared to you. Don't stress over your appraisal just do your best to make the property represent your love of your home and you'll be fine.

Equity Sharing Lease Agreement

Lawn Landscaping Resident agrees to maintain the lawns and shrubbery. Should, in Nonresident's sole discretion, the lawn or shrubbery need mowing, trimming, or watering, Nonresident will so notify the Resident. If within three days if the Resident has not remedied the situation, Nonresident will hire professional services and charge the Resident an additional fee on the next month's rent. Resident also agrees that any vehicles found parked on unpaved areas may be towed away at the Resident's expense.

Investment Property

Homeowners cannot depreciate the value of their home. The IRS only allows investment real estate to be depreciated. Real estate depreciation is also applied only to improvements, the term used to classify buildings, landscaping, pavements and other artificial adjustments of raw land. The IRS does not allow the real estate investor to depreciate the value of the land.

Net lease

With multi-tenant facilities, the maintenance expenses are typically called CAM, or common area maintenance expenses. For a small strip mall, for example, CAM may cover parking repaving, repair, cleaning, snow plowing and upkeep, as well as building washing and cleaning. For an office building, CAM may also include heating and cooling costs for the lobby and hallways, common area janitorial service, building security systems and landscaping.
