I am one of those people that do not enjoy calling a company and getting the voicemail that has about seven prompts before you get to a live person or never get a live person. Do you have so many prompts that you are losing customers? Think about circumstances in your life when you are the customer and the type of service you would like. From day to day, think about the way the consumer should be treated.
