No More Easy Money

For a period of time it seems as if with nontraditional loans, it had become easy money for some. There were different loan packages surfacing almost daily as far as I was concerned. According to a story I read on Forbes.com, they are questioning the End of Easy Money? This is based on the supervisory guidance that is being handed down by five government regulation agencies. The lenders are going to take the additional steps to make sure the income information is valid that was initially provided. There is risk with nontraditional loans and consumers need to make sure they are fully educated before taking these loans. More home buyer education, especially on the part of the loan is very necessary.
