Every couple of days now there are stories in the media regarding home loans minorities. This time it is in the Orlando Sentinel that Metro Orlando is leading the growth of new-home loans for minorities. It is great that consumers are having the opportunity to find a nice home at a reasonable price which is the case in Metro Orlando. In other parts of the this might not be the case. Orlando is ranked second in growth of mortgage loans for Asians and Latinos, and fourth for African Americans. Everyone should have the opportunity to have the American Dream. It is seems as if minorities are getting that chance.
