Some mortgage companies are expanding and some are closing. According to Jacksonville Business Journal, Macquarie Mortgages is moving its headquarters to Jacksonville. Mortgage banking is needed everywhere and I believe if the community is receptive to new businesses coming to the comunity, then take the step and go for it. of course timing and location are important when a business is looking for office space. This new office will also create some jobs in the area. That is always a bonus when moving into a new territory so that some of the local people can receive a job based upon their qualifications and the office needs.
