I am sure there are several of you that have an internet presence and receive customers from the internet. How do you handle the customer service when dealing with an internet customer? Do you establish a relationship first and then pursue the business? What is your first step? There have been times when people have written me just to get something for nothing. How do you qualify a person that comes to you from the internet? I am sure there is a different protocol than if you were working with them in person. More and more you could begin to get more internet customers.
