Mortgage brokers, mortgage agents, and mortgage lending

I was talking with my husband about the real estate industry in Colorado since there are still housing in the neighborhood going on the market. He began telling me about this story he read in our newspaper a couple of days ago while I was gone. He was sharing that this woman would be cracking down on the inflated property values. This lead to us to begin talking about some of the prices on these houses that are for sale. The market cannot bear what some people are even asking for. They will have to lower their price or pull their home off the market. I wish her the best of luck as she makes things better for the Real Estate Industry as a whole.
