
As a mortgage banker, broker or consultant, I am sure that you have various vendors that you use. Have you ever thought that you are a customer to the vendor? How do you treat your vendors? My husband and I have always been very grateful to our vendors. Some of them have worked overtime for us and gotten us out of jams when we were in a bind. We have always appreciated what they have done for us. For the last few years, during the years we have bought the different companies staff lunch or even given them gift baskets during the holidays. I must share with you this has gone a long way with the various vendors that we work with. I remember one even telling us this was the first time that anyone had ever done anything for them. They really appreciated it. What have you done for your vendors?






I just came across this. I just want to say as a rep, it is nice to see someone that appreciates vendors. Most of the time brokers are always looking for us to take them stuff, but it is nice to see someone that gives back.
