When I wrote the previous blog about different companies focusing on customer service that made me think that I should do a series on customer service. Why? I believe like in any industry, customer service is very important in the mortgage industry. When you think about all the different stories about mortgage fraud, foreclosure and different types of loans, some people have felt taken advantage of. There are people that felt as if they did not have enough information for the decisions they made. Let’s talk about customer service as it relates to the mortgage industry.
