
Do you know that there are many factors that exist when you begin dealing with a customer? Your communication is not only based on what you say verbally, but also body language and facial expressions say a lot. I have been known to have some serious nonverbal expressions that you could read exactly what I was thinking. Does your communication say that you only think of the customer as a number or do you consider them to be more than a number? Often people do not like feeling as if they are just a number and I cannot blame them. When you are talking to customers are you listening to what they are truly saying or do you already have a script in mind? Communication is key when dealing with customers. Make sure you are communicating in an easy to understand and receptive manner.
