Mortgage brokers, mortgage agents, and mortgage lending

We have all heard of Habitat for Humanity and are aware that they build homes. Homes are built with the help of volunteers and other corporations donating time and supplies. About a week ago in Greeley, Colorado, Wells Fargo teamed up with several organizations in order to build a home. It was a partial bank home sponsorship. Now the entire sponsorship was not covered. That makes me wonder what happens with the project. I imagine they will complete the project but where will the remainder of the funding come from? I applaud Well Fargo for stepping in and taking a part of this sponsorship. May they continue to do these in the future.
