What sense would it make for me to write this blog without sharing this news from DS News. Apparently, there has been a lawsuit filed by Countrywide accusing organizers of buying homes then fraudulently selling them. Ok, true enough that is nothing new. However, The Indianapolis reported the case involved about 400 loans averaging $200,000 each. Resulting in default loans and badly damaged credit ratings. No one is truly safe. It is a shame so many people were taken advantage of. Now they have long term consequences for several years if not longer. It seems as if the property is something people have not even seen but will be paying on. Question is do they want the property?
