
I have talked about customer service setting one apart in the mortgage industry from competitors. Here is a story that proves that and leads to a business move for this team that should allow them expansion. According to a story I read in Marco Island Sun Times, The Escarra Team joins SunTrust Mortgage. The owner's business philosophy is you guessed it "Focus on Customer Service." She believes in establishing relationships from the first mortgage. Those two factors have led her to keep clients 10 to even 14 years. Another factor that I was glad to read was the different ways she obtains her customers. Remember last week how I talked about many ways to market your business. She shared how she does a few different methods of obtaining clients such as builders, advertisements and realtors. Those are not the only ways she obtains customers but definitely worth considering if you are just beginning your mortgage business.
