I was speaking with the gentleman from the lawn service today regarding how many homes he takes care of in our area. He was kind enough to share with me what he experienced when he was selling his home. He had two mortgage brokers to inform him to go ahead and get his new home. Then, stop paying on his previous home. I was not necessarily surprised by this. But I was absolutely flabbergasted at this next thing. He said but then the home will end up in foreclosure.
