If you were seeking people that are going to purchase their first home, how would you market to them? In our area, I have seen different mortgage companies do seminars? I do not know how beneficial they have been. Something my husband suggested someone should do is purchase a list for a specific apartment complex and do a mailing. Has someone done this and how effective was it? I think this would be a great way to contact people.
