Location Location even in the Housing Market

My husband and I have had this discussion about location many times but normally we are discussing location when it comes to restaurants or activity centers. The last time when he and the kids went to look at model homes, I went as well. We discussed the location of the houses because the houses were not necessarily in a rural area. But it would take at least ten to fifteen minutes to get to a major highway. That in itself lends to purchasing decision because it adds to the commute time. When we were in the process of selling our first home, we noticed that houses in urban areas with good schools do not stay on the market long. However, if you live in a rural area it takes a longer amount of time. For a lot of people location is very important based on the buzyness of our lives
