We are all aware of what is happening in the real estate industry. ARMs, foreclosure and even less building. All of this affects a variety of jobs such as less work for real estate agents, loan officers, appraisers and even subcontractors. So what does this say to me? Get an additional profession that will bring in some income while you wait for the housing industry to change. If you are in any of these careers, can you afford to sit back and do nothing? If you have been in this profession a long time are you use to this or is this the first time it has gotten this bad? What will you do?
