Getting a Realtor to You!

Can you get a good realtor to come to you even though they have a mortgage broker or banker they work with? I would imagine you could. Why do I say this? If you walked into a realtors office with a track record of generating so many qualified leads per quarter or per year and you had leads waiting, what do yo think they would do? Are they going to send you on your way or do you think they will welcome you with open arms? If I were in their shoes even though I am not a realtor, I would bring you in and work with you to get your leads properly taken care of. If you are generating that many leads, I am sure you will be able to pick and choose which realtors you want to work with.
