I imagined FHA had its own lender program. What I did not know was that it would be as stringent as it appears. I wonder how long it takes a corporation or organization to be approved as a lender. Especially after looking at the different categories and requirements, I could see people being discouraged at the beginning of the process. Just like anything else, I am sure it does not happen overnight but is a lengthy process.
