Changes at Countrywide

I have been perusing the web and there are a lot of things happening over at Countrywide. I read where they got a new president and the CEO stays on a little longer than originally planned. Then today, I see where they are bringing 1,300 jobs to Tarrant County according a story in Star-Telegram. With the different changes that are taking place, I am wondering how this is going to affect the company as a whole! Since they are expanding in Tarrant County, does this mean they will be bringing in other employees from a different location or hiring people in that area? When companies are new to an area, I believe the people in the local community expect a chance to become a part of the company. Then there are others that might not have any desire to be a part of the company. As times are growing tougher and tougher in different states, it is good to see growth in this county.
