When you are preparing to purchase a house, I am sure you have heard it is a lot of paperwork. There is a lot of paperwork that you will receive in the beginning and throughout the process. Even when you walk into the door, there will be a demand for a lot of documents. Below is a listing of documents you will need from the beginning:
1) Tax returns for past two years
2) Pay stubs for current and previous employers
3) Bank statements for previous two or three months
4) Information regarding 401(k) and Asset information
5) W-2 Forms
6) Copies of any titles to any vehicles that are paid in full
