Numbers is the name of the game when you are in sales. I imagine as a mortgage broker, you have to have a method of getting your clients? Is it referral business, do you send newsletters to a certain demographic or do you conduct seminars to draw potential clients? This could be the answer to generating sales leads – ROOT Exchange bills itself as a place where people who have leads to sell can auction them off to the highest bidder. Would you be willing to pay for a lead without some type of statistical information? What is the ratio of return on the leads? How long has this program been in place?
