The title says it all. I do not know Bob Tefft but the fact that he is known as the “Mortgage Mechanic” tells me he is well versed in the area of mortgages and breaks it down in lamens terms that everyone could understand the process. That quality alone should separate him from others and keep his clients very happy. I imagine that Bob gets a lot of word-of-mouth clients based on his level of expertise and commitment to ensuring the clients understand the entire procedure. Kudos to Bob.
