Mortgage brokers, mortgage agents, and mortgage lending

It is true mortgage fraud appears to be running rampant no matter where you look. Now it is happening in Atlanta . What upsets me is that there are law enforcement people involved. This time a parole officer and a federal prison guard. What are you to do when the people who are enforcing the laws are the people breaking the law? The law enforcement people are not the only ones, they were among a group of 17 individuals. People are taking advantage of communities and choosing to line their own pockets. I have not seen one case where someone commits mortgage fraud by themselves. What are viable solutions for the mortgage industry regarding mortgage fraud?
