Is there a bullet proof marketing plan? What do you believe are the top ways to market your business? I am not a mortgage broker but I definitely would begin doing some research and develop a plan. For example, I would research the top fifteen mortgage lenders in my area. Next would be to finding out specific information such as what programs do they offer for utilizing them as a mortgage lender. Based on this information, you might be able to narrow down who you would like to work with and who you do not want to work with. If you have a marketing plan in place, what was your first step?
as you have rightly stated check out your competition, lets face it despite daming reports that there are not enough CeMAP trained qualified brokers out on the highstreet, or actually applying to go forward into the world of advice, when you actually take a look into your own area the area you are hoping to capture, believe me there seems to be more than enough, my advice to you is check out thye competition see what they do and do it better
