
Everyone has heard of the American Dream but may not be able to attain it for one reason or another. More and more people need to understand that they can afford the American Dream at an affordable price. Vermont Housing Finance Agency has announced a $10 million initiative designed to help people buy homes in areas designated by the state for residential growth. Sarah Carpenter, “VHFA executive director, said “This is another way of helping people realize their dream of affordable homeownership.” There are probably a lot of states that have programs that are focused on housing growth. Ms. Carpenter believes the loan program would be good for newly built in developments designated by state government for housing growth.
