Mortgage brokers, mortgage agents, and mortgage lending

Home ownership is sometimes difficult to attain for single mothers. Factors such as credit issues, lack of down payment and low income kept them from purchasing a house. They do not even believe they could qualify for a mortgage. HomeAid and Beazer homes have joined together to build the New Orleans Family Center . This will happen from August 25 to August 29. It is designed to provide housing for single mothers and their children who remain homeless a year after Hurricane Katrina. I believe this will come as a form of relief for parents and children that are able to stay in the housing center. This should alleviate some of the stress and allow them to continue working their jobs knowing they have a roof over their heads. I imagine that some of the single mothers were in temporary housing and could not really relax each night knowing they were in a temporary situation. I applaud these companies and others that have come together to get his project done in a short amount of time.
