Basically if it is a deal that is worth millions of dollars why would they come to you? Sure you are all excited because it has even come across your desk. Let’s think about it, they already have a funder they are going to work with. This reminds me of when my husband and I were doing a different type of business. My husband used to point out to me the tire kickers. Meaning they were not serious when they came to us, just wasting our time. After some time, as soon as some people presented there situation, I could tell that is what they were doing.
