In the current mortgage industry, there are highs and lows. Every day we hear about housing being foreclosed on, mortgage fraud, mortgage technology and even associations merging together. This time Teledraft has completed acquiring a stake in privately held Pacific Coast Mortgage, Inc. Pacific Coast happens to be one of the largest mortgage companies in Arizona . I know the housing market in Arizona is not that great at this time and this must be a lucrative move for Teledraft. If were not, I am sure they would not have taken this step. Since Teledraft’s primary business is electronic payment processing now they will be able to expand into financial services market. I commend them for thinking long-term and looking to the future of their company.
