Supposedly Las Vegas Valley home sales are drying up. I must say I am very surprised that I was in Las Vegas about two months ago and there was a lot of new home building going up. Partially that said to her that the market home buying market was good. It actually reminded me of the way the market was in Colorado about four or five years ago. Just like everyone else, they too are dealing with rising mortgage rates and increased foreclosures. No metro city or state is immune to foreclosures. Las Vegas Valley has experienced a record number of foreclosures which results in housing inventory. Everyone is feeling the pressure from West Coast to East Coast and everywhere in between.
