Mortgage brokers, mortgage agents, and mortgage lending

I remember when I was younger I wanted to go and visit Hawaii . But as I got older that tourist spot became less of a desire. I have had friends that have lived there and shared with me about the cost of living. Sure they were military when they went but they still did not enjoy it. Today I read, the mortgage rates in Hawaii dropped to 6%. Five key lenders cut their rates across the board.  Countrywide and Wells Fargo were hanging in there with the other three lenders that lowered their rates. I am sure that must have made the consumers very happy.  If there were people on the side lines waiting, maybe now this will spur them into action.
