Once again when I sat down and was reading this story in The Denver Post, I was very surprised to see this story. As a matter of fact, I do not know why I was surprised because foreclosures are happening here to. Even in our own neighborhood. When houses are placed in foreclosure, the ownership turns back over to the bank after a period of time. Therefore, contacting the mortgage banker that would be handling the foreclosed home could be an informative resource. Why, because the mortgage banker knows what the procedures are for purchasing a house that has been foreclosed on.
