Student tuition has gone up, student loan rates went up and everyone is feeling the crunch. When students graduate from college, they think about securing employment and possibly housing. I remember when I graduated from college one of my main concerns was making sure I secured a job to take care of my student loan. Next would be dealing with apartment hunting or house hunting. Are students even prepared to purchase a house? I would imagine there are a few that are. However, there are students that have to move back home until they figure out the steps they want to take. I would recommend the first step to preparing students for housing is to teach them about managing money and budgeting. What are your thoughts????
