Supposedly Tennessee is rapidly moving up the mortgage foreclosure list. I was surprised that Colorado was not number one on the list considering it has been number one in the nation for the first two quarters. I still believe that ARMs played a part in it. People got in with an ARM and now that it is raising they cannot refinance to an affordable rate.
