Several groups collided before a House subcommittee earlier this week. It appears that some of the brokers feel as if the real estate business model is ridiculous. Well, there’s a strong word. It seems as if there is no standard protocol that is being followed if you are a real estate broker. Furthermore, it seems as if consumers are not getting the discount service that they should be getting. What? Are the brokers keeping it for themselves or are they regulated by some state law that says company X gets it all? If you are a real estate broker, do not hesitate to speak up and share your thoughts.
