In our neighborhood, a lot of times the house are sold before the foundations are poured. Furthermore, before they can even finishing pouring the concrete people are trying to move in. But with all the recent changes in the housing market, the foundation is not the same anymore. Houses are staying on the market longer, they are not moving as fast. It is taking longer to sell a house and people are being more cautious before buying.
