Mortgage brokers, mortgage agents, and mortgage lending

The Parade of Homes kicks off this weekend in Colorado . I cannot recall the last time I went to the Parade of Homes. My husband tends to try and go every year. I believe if I was a realtor or even in the mortgage industry, I would be at the Parade of Homes. From what I understand, the Parade of Homes is touring luxury homes. If I was a realtor, I would be taking potential homebuyers to look at the decorations, window treatments and the latest products that are out. This will probably be the first time I go in and really see what it is all about, since I cannot remember going. What fun it is going to be!
