Have you ever thought about rating your mortgage lender? If you had a temporary situation that arose on your job and you were not able to pay your mortgage, do you think you could have a conversation with your mortgage lender? Rate your lender on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. If you have had a question about your mortgage and tried to contact the lender, how easy was it for you to get in touch with them? Did you get an answering service that had five prompts before you got a person. Once you got a person was it the right person or did you still have to be transferred. This seems to the day where all the phone calls are connected to answering services which prompt you to push four different lines of numbers before you can push 0 to get the operator. When you are frustrated, this will surely drive down your rating number.
