It seems as is every six to eight weeks we get contacted by our lender, thanking us for our business. They proceed to tell me how they have been reviewing our account and we are eligible for a line of credit. They would like to connect me with a mortgage banker so they can review my options. I am all to happy to share with them that we are not interested in reviewing our options. Then they ask me if we need to make home improvements or consolidate credit cards.
