As far as I can remember, I have always heard about the American Dream. The American Dream is home ownership, yet not easy to obtain for a large population. The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Expanding American Home Act which will allow more people to obtain the American Dream by modernizing the Federal Housing Authority. If I say it once, I will say it a thousand times people have to be taught how to manage money prior to attaining the American Dream. If they do not, they will lose their home. If they have to pay subprime loans, then maybe they should wait until they have gotten their credit cleaned up. The benefit to waiting is they will have the option to get a better loan package. Have you heard about the Expanding American Home Act? What do you think?
