Mortgage brokers, mortgage agents, and mortgage lending

Was I shocked to see Fort Collins, Colorado as number one on Money Magazine 2006 Best Places to live list. I have been to Fort Collins , granted it is a college town but I view it as a small town. After living in Denver for quite a while, I could not imagine living in Fort Collins . Denver is fast paced and there are always highways being developed, shopping centers and houses being built all the time. Fort Collins has some things in its favor such as less traffic, but I do not recall their being a lot of family entertainment there and it lacks diversity in the races. Whereas in Denver , we have tons of museums (indoor and outdoor), parks, and other kids activities. Denver is quite multi-cultural and you will see tons of diverse groups.  I recommend that before you invest your money in a home, investigate and find out about your surroundings, i.e. parks, schools, activities for children and adults.
